It was through pregnancy and parenting publications that I first realised how beneficial swimming was to very young children and their parents. Although I was petrified of water, I located a baby swimming class in my area and booked myself and my new baby daughter onto it.

We both loved it and returned term after term. So when my second daughter was born, it seemed very natural for her to be in the pool from a few weeks old.

Watching my children learn to swim, made me feel more comfortable in the water. As my confidence increased with my daughters I decided to take swimming lessons myself. 

I learned to swim, but the whole magical experience made me want to share it with other parents and their children. 

This led me to attain full national swimming teacher qualifications, gaining my experience with one of the world's largest swimming schools, teaching over 300 babies and toddlers. 

Eventually I decided to take the plunge and set up my own company and so Bubble & Splash Limited was born.

Sandra and I met at baby swimming lessons. She has taken her little boy swimming since he was 14 weeks old. We did take our children to weekly lessons for over 3 years as well as at our local pool where we practiced the skills learnt in the program. Our children became very good friends and so did we!

Sandra was thrilled to be asked to join the Bubble & Splash's team and accepted our proposal without hesitation. She has acquired Swimming Teaching Qualifications becoming our first swimming teacher.

Bubble and Splash's philosophy is to give the opportunity to parents and their young children to have a magical experience, learning to swim in a relaxed, fun and stimulating environment where safety and well-being are of paramount importance.
